General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

All payments shall be made without any discount, set-off or suspension within the specified period after the invoice date.

All agreements concluded and deliveries made by us are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery of Dutch Foundries, filed under number 79/2011 with the Registry of the District Court of The Hague on October 19, 2011. The General Terms and Conditions will be sent on first request and can be downloaded from www.metaalnederland.com and/or our website www.benninkentencate.nl.
